For nearly a decade, Ann has led the transformation of a village of aging beach-style homes and cottages in Huntington Harbor into an eclectic condominium conversion project—demonstrating her hands-on experience in property redevelopment, project oversight, land use considerations, valuation, and investment-driven real estate strategy. This extensive experience has given her a sophisticated understanding of real estate from both an ownership and investment perspective, making her exceptionally well-positioned to advise commercial and investment clients.
