My experience in multi-million-dollar stadiums, arenas, start-ups, Real estate, management and developments creates a genuine feel for how teams operate. I strive to be the best at putting people in the right place to make the best ideas come to reality by educating and developing people. I build teams and drive the bottom line for organizations, communities, families, individuals and shareholders.

 From Seattle, a Washington State Cougar, and thought change agent, and consultant. Although I love meeting people or doing business it is great to see the domestic markets grow in real estate, tech, sports, education, sustainability, developments in urban and rural areas alike. I work with architects, developers, builders and contractors.
